Math Widgets

Welcome to Math Widgets. Here you can find a variety of widgets that can help visualize or compute mathematical concepts. Currently there are around 70 widgets! The widgets use either SageMath or Desmos to work the magic.

Subjects

Currently we support a variety of Algebra, Calculus, and Vector widgets with more coming soon! Our calculus covers everything from single variable to multivariable needs.

Check the site for new widgets as new ones are constantly being added!

SageMath

This is a SageMath Cell. You can enter your own python code into the cell and press “Evaluate.” Often times the code will already be entered and all you need to do is evaluate it. Try it out for yourself.

When doing multiplication enter 4*x and x*y*z NOT 4x and xyz!

Desmos

This is a Desmos graph. These are used in many of visualization widgets. Desmos can be used to plot and evaluate functions. Try graphing something below.

Every once in a while this might get updated. It will feature a new or interesting widget on the site. Click here to view its page.

Julia and Mandelbrot Set

This will generate the mandelbrot set and a specific julia set.
